Rhett Farber is Senior Consultant, IWNC China (based in Shanghai).

Rhett has over  20 years  of Consulting and Facilitation experience, with global organizations of all shapes, sizes, and industries.  Rhett excels in combining experiential learning methodology with facilitated discussion.  He has successfully facilitated in leading change and learning initiatives for many of the Fortune 500 companies operating in China.  Some have been struggling to reverse a trend of decline while others have been grappling to control the pains of rapid growth.  In all of his work Rhett has one goal for his clients: to help them to establish an Inspired and Sustainable organization.  

Rhett works with some of the world's largest and most demanding organizations to create high-performance cultures, inspirational leaders, and fully engaged, productive workforces.  Rhett has the ability to understand an organization’s current situation, weigh it against the hoped-for future and make recommendations on processes and initiatives that should be taken to achieve it. 

Prior to joining IWNC in early 2005, Rhett was the Service Director of a global marketing and direct sales organization for 10 years. He has also worked in a variety of industries over the past 25 years, giving him a broad base of experience in management, customer service, marketing, sales, strategic thinking, innovation, leadership, emotional literacy skills, and Chinese art/culture.

Rhett, who graduated with a double major in Asian Studies and International Business from Florida State University, moved to the Greater China region in 1981.He has experienced the rapid changes in China for almost 30 years, and has a keen understanding to Chinese culture and development.  Rhett is an avid traveler, and enjoys photography, reading, and "joggling" (juggling while jogging).  He has been married for 12 years, and has a 7 year old daughter and 3 year old son.
