Helen feels that, "In IWNC, we are in a learning environment. We are always on the look out for ways in which we can do things better for our clients and for ourselves." Helen is quite excited about how she and her clients are able to apply this new-found learning. She says, "It is quite amazing what each and everyone of us can do if we put our minds to it. Susan Zhu is a Senior Facilitator with IWNC China, based in Beijing.
A native of Shanghai, Susan has more than five years of hands-on experience with designing and delivering training programs for China-based multinationals. An expert bi-lingual facilitator with a strong FMCG sales and management background, she has helped companies upgrade their training systems to achieve business results.

Over 10 years of training and teaching experience in both a corporate and academic environment. Significant experience in facilitation and training for organization in the IT, health care and consulting industry .
Performance: It’s an obsession that is always on Guido’s mind; whether he is tinkering with his exotic Italian sports cars or optimizing human capital performance initiatives in the corporate world. He has been successfully pursuing performance improvement throughout Asia Pacific for the past 18 years. Guido’s experience spans a multitude of sectors including airline, services, manufacturing, transport and the public sector. His most recent position prior to joining IWNC was Director, Human Resources with BASF Chemical Company in Australia and Malaysia.
