Susan Zhu is a Senior Facilitator with IWNC China, based in Beijing.
A native of Shanghai, Susan has more than five years of hands-on experience with designing and delivering training programs for China-based multinationals. An expert bi-lingual facilitator with a strong FMCG sales and management background, she has helped companies upgrade their training systems to achieve business results.
Susan has well-developed communication and marketing skills and works with equal facility in English and Chinese. She also has hands-on experience of working with the media and organizing events, as well as the rolling-out of internal branding programs . Susan has been trained on Covey’s ”Seven habits” and also on TOT by the American Management Association. Working with the Estee Lauder company in Shanghai, she was responsible for developing the company’s overall training plan –including training of the sales force-- and developing and maintaining cost control systems.. Subsequently, with the Luxottica Group in Beijing, her responsibilities extended from induction training to developing competency frameworks and performance gap analysis, to designing and leading the company’s internal coaching program. Susan holds a BA in Education and Technology and Communication from Shanghai’s International Studies University. Designed, recruited, trained and evaluated Brand Ambassador Program for same company.. While with Estee Lauder (Shanghai), developed on-line corporate history and branding program. Facilitated customer-driven Q-and-A sessions with training and marketing teams for same company. Experience Over 5 years of training and management experience in China’s FMCG sector.
