Helen has a strong drive to achieve results and a developed sensitivity towards local cultures and their impact on business and working environments. She loves working in an area where she is constantly learning.

Helen feels that, "In IWNC, we are in a learning environment. We are always on the look out for ways in which we can do things better for our clients and for ourselves." Helen is quite excited about how she and her clients are able to apply this new-found learning. She says, "It is quite amazing what each and everyone of us can do if we put our minds to it. If we stretch ourselves, we can really achieve the impossible."

Her 10 years of consulting experience across Asia together with these skills enable Helen to work effectively with clients on developing coherent and sustainable solutions, customized to their specific needs and operating environments.

Helen has provided consultancy services to sectors as diverse as banking and investment management, health care and non-profits, IT and human resource management, telecommunications and the air transport and oil industries.  She has worked on projects that spanned the Asia-Pacific region and she has lived in Australia, China, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

A native of Singapore, Helen holds an MBA from the University of New South Wales, Australian Graduate School of Management and a BA in Commerce from the University of Calgary, Canada.

Helen is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Achievements

Designed and implemented a parental voluntary support group   for an international school. Objectives were to guide the institution’s future development, build a parental support network and engage in community projects,   

For a software applications leader,   developed and implemented an Asia-wide marketing strategy. This included an aggressive and highly successful marketing campaign introducing the brand to Asian markets.
