Chris Howe is a Senior Partner at IWNC and has over 20 years experience as a consultant in over 40 different countries. His international consultancy work has led him to believe that business would be fundamentally simple, were it not be for the barriers a created by fear and ego. Chris believes that it is the removal of these barriers that opens up incredible new possibilities.

Chris  currently sits on an international expert committee sponsored by the UN and is also a reviewer for a Global Leadership research group. .Chris is also a much-in-demand motivational speaker who travels frequently to Africa. The experience gained while living with the Maasai tribe he translated into an inspirational keynpte address-:l “Maasai Masterclass – Succeeding in a Hostile Environment”.

Chris is also well-known for another inspirational presentation “Values Driving Decisions” which focuses on the impact of organisational culture on the individual. Workshops on these and othet critical themes Chris has facilitated with Anthony Willoughby, the founder of IWNC.

Chris divides his time equally between Europe and China where he is working with the IWNC team on introducing the latest thinking and best practices in the areas of Leadership and Talent Development in particular His experience in aligning Talent Development Strategies to Business Strategies helps ensure that IWNC Individual, Team and Leadership Development solutions together create a sustainable talent pipeline underpinning the delivery of business plans and objectives.
