 Alfred Yao is a Senior Facilitator with IWNC China. Alfred is based in Shanghai. Over 10 years of training and teaching experience in both a corporate and academic environment. Significant experience in facilitation and training for organization in the IT, health care and consulting industry .
Alfred has delivered numerous programs for multinational companies focusing on team development, change management and leadership development, such as Coca Cola, KPMG, Mckincey, L’oreal, Unilever, Dow, TetraPak, J&J, EMC and Motorola. He also has strong interest in business simulation programs. Alfred incorporates fresh ideas, appropriate methods in every program he designs and delivers. Alfred Yao combines strong human resource experience with management knowledge. Prior to joining in IWNC, Alfred worked in both academia and consulting. Using experiential learning methods, both in the classroom and outdoors, Alfred has organized and led numerous client teams to develop their team working and management skills. He has significant experience providing facilitation and training for such industries as IT, Health care and consulting.
