Alice is a very experienced facilitator and trainer in team and leadership effectiveness for IWNC. She also has many years experience delivering management skills, teambuilding, and motivation programs.
Alice has a proven skill set in project management, leadership and change management acquired through 20 years of management experience in government service, public policy promotion, hospital process re-engineering, training and consulting. She has worked for numerous major multinational corporations in diverse industries and locations, including McDonald's in Taiwan, Carrefour in Singapore, and Aurora in China. She also worked for China Productivity Center in Taiwan as a business consultant and as an internal reengineering executive for Singapore General Hospital in Singapore. Alice Zhong graduated from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in the USA with a Masters in Business Administration. She speaks both Chinese and English.
